1.there are two kinds of WPC products, outdoor profiles (decking, railing, wall panel, partition board, bench, litter box, etc.) and indoor products (flooring, door frame, assembled-door or unit-board door, decorative material, etc.). Generally, we choose recycled PE/PP + 65% wood powder/rice husk to produce outdoor profiles; virgin PVC foam + 30% wood powder/rice husk to produce indoor products.
2.We supply Turn Key project for clients, including plant design, machine test in our factory, machine installation and adjust in clients’ factory, formula and processing, staff training, as well as after-sale service./
3.Raw materials used in manufacturing:
PVC/PE/PP(recycled)+ plant fiber(wood power, rice chaff etc)+necessary
ingredient(DOP,CPE,Caco3 etc)
4.Process manufacturing:
PVC /PE or PP+ plant fiber(wood or husk or grass) + necessary ingredient ----> mixer -----> WPC parallel Twin Screw Extrusion Pelletizing line----> WPC profile Extrusion Line---->finished WPC profile
